Special
Order Requirements
This
section will help you best understand the information needed in
order to begin your request for a custom painting. It will also
help you consider some new ideas on how to use my standard*
or custom designed products for fundraising campaigns.
This
model for fundraising has worked very well for some Rescue Organizations
that have worked with us (for examples see Testimonials
and Fundraising with our products).

*Standard
designs can be selected from any of the existing T-shirts currently
available. With these designs, your organizations can choose to
alter the text or logo for larger quantity orders.
~Ordering
Requirements~
Requests
for custom designs/paintings are accepted from private collectors,
rescue organizations, wildlife rehabilitation organizations, and
corporate collectors. For all custom order, I require a phone consultation
first to ensure:
~Clear
communications in order to meet the expectations
of the client (prices, time frames, design requirements, shipping
costs, etc.)
~Discussion
on the logistics of the portrait (size, medium, framing)
~Agreement
on the use of the design for other projects
~Consensus
on the funds or rescue organization which will receive a
portion of the proceeds from your request
~Ensure
complete satisfaction with the portrait prior to shipping
~Discuss
payment requirements (for all custom designs, and review
deposit requirements)
We will make every effort to outline all the details after our conversation
to ensure your comfort prior to the creation of your custom art
via e-mail.
~The
Custom Order Process Begins~
Once
the creative process begins, I will concentrate on the painting
until completed. A design (if being created for Animal Ware such
as T-Shirts), will be forwarded via e-mail as a JPG or JPEG file
for your approval. This will include the image and the content/copy
for the design if requested. Your logo can be added to any design
if requested prior to production run. If you would like references
for any custom work, please reference the testimonials
section for more details.
If
for any reason that you are not satisfied, you are not obligated
to purchase the completed design/painting. However, if approval
is given, and production of product has been completed, based on
statement of work (provided and approved from "Art With A Conscience"
via e-mail"), it is the client's responsibility to accept the
terms and conditions of the completed product and render payment.
Because
the creative process is a major commitment, I will accept orders
with 1/2 payment to ensure the sincerity of the request. However,
please note that I DO NOT deposit/cash your check until the artwork
is completed and e-mailed to you for approval and/or until the final
design and or product is to be shipped. Should you not agree with
the design and the portrait, you will receive a refund.

Upon receipt of your order request, I will contact you usually within
48 hours (unless we are out of the country or participating in a
festival.These events could delay out response time slightly), at
which time we will initiate a conversation to discuss your exact
requirements.

Sizes available are listed below (these are unframed sizes). We
will quote prices once you select the canvas type and size via application
and/or phone conversation.

~Edged wrapped (sides to be painted)
~Box canvas (extra thick sides to be painted)
Sizes:
~Small: 6 x 8 and 8 X 10 (single animal images work best),
~Medium: 11X14, 12 X 16 or 14 x 18 (double image if smaller animals)
~Med/Large: 16 x 20, 20 x 30 or 30 x 40 (multiple images possible)
~Extra Large: 36 inches and higher
~Custom Sizes: Built to accommodate most larger size requests

Provide information about your animal. This would include your
animal's story (especially if they are a rescue, how you came to
acquire him/her, age, name, likes, dislikes, other animals he/she
lives with, habits, etc.)
4. Provide timing in which you require delivery of your order
(this would be your request on time in which you would need/like
to have it - by X date).

~Prices~
All
prices which are listed per painting or other products on this site
are for the art itself and do not include shipping and handling.
For all custom orders, once your request is processed, and a conversation
on expectation are discussed, a price quote will be included for
your painting. Wholesale costs for any custom order will be determined
individually,and are based on quantity, shipping and time intervals
